trikonasana

We all go through our entire day sitting in a curved stance. This influences our spine wellbeing and stance severely. World Spine Day is commended on sixteenth October consistently to spread mindfulness for the significance of spine wellbeing.

We as a whole have confronted lower back pain once in our life. This is because of the weak spine.

Trikonasana is a yoga pose that assists in increasing bone strength, increment bone wellbeing, extend and reinforce the muscles in the hips and chest.

How to do Trikonasana?

Remain in a Tadasana pose.

Presently spread your legs wide around 3–4 feet (whichever reasonable to your body).

Raise your arms to the side corresponding to the ground, and palm facing the floor.

Turn your right foot to the right side, and left foot marginally inside.

Presently drop-down, and touch the toe of the right leg with the right hand. (this must be done according to your capability, don’t compel your body to over it’s ability)

Look to the sky or roof, when you are in the posture.

Breathing — Inhale toward the beginning of the posture, and breathe out while going down. Stay for a couple inhales (5 to 7) in the posture. Breathe in, and return to begin position.

Repeat this with alternate leg, and hand.
